Refund policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Pictures of damaged goods are encouraged to ensure proof. We offer a store credit and you can choose something in place of the returned goods.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We cannot stand responsible for goods if you choose your own courier.
Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges, so please ensure you take your time in deciding on the product you choose.
Refunds
We do not offer refund in purchases but rather a store credit.
